Nail Care
Manicure

A manicure is a treatment carried out to improve and beautify the appearance of the hands and nails. A manicure involves not only filing and painting the nails, but also the gentle removal of any cuticles or hard skin from around the nail. An exfoliater is then used to remove rough or dead skin cells before applying a hand mask to soothe and nourish the skin. A mini massage of the hands and lower arms is also carried out to increase the moisture in the skin and provide a soothing, relaxing experience for the client.
Gel Nail Extensions and Overlays

Gel nails are ideal for clients who either wish to protect their own nails, whilst growing them or who wish to keep their extensions for longer periods of time.
Gel nails are a kinder/healthier option for your nails compared to acrylic nails.
The gel is applied like a thick polish to the nail, with a brush. It then sets when placed in a uv curing box. In the UV light the gel hardens to form a shiny, strong, long lasting gel nail
- To improve the appearance of short stubby fingers
- To improve the appearance of the natural nail shape
- To strengthen the natural nail
- To motivate a nail biter to break the habit
- To temporarily lengthen the nails for a special occasion
- To disguise a disfigured nail
Pedicure

A pedicure is a treatment carried out to improve and beautify the appearance of the feet and nails.
A pedicure involves soaking the feet in a pedicure foot spa filed with warm water and a wonderfully scented foaming foot soak. As with a manicure, the dead skin cells are removed with an exfoliater, to brighten and smooth the skin, before a massage is then carried out on the feet and lower legs to improve circulation and create a relaxing and soothing treatment. Your nails are then shaped and a polish of your choice is applied.
For those who want additional relaxation and pampering, why not choose to add a 30 minute or 1 hour reflexology treatment to your pedicure. Please mention this when booking your treatment
